Parisian Cafe

Whenever my friend Kylie is on holidays, we make sure to catch up for lunch or morning tea. Yesterday we met for coffee at one of my favourite little cafes, Le Paris Brest Café in Kalamunda. It was nice to go for a little drive out to the hills as I’m not often out that way and it was nice to catch up with my lovely friend and have a good chat.

This café has such character and is decorated so beautifully with all things French from a replica Eiffel Tower, to bicycles, geraniums and Parisian clocks – even the poodle tied up out front when we arrived fit in with the Parisian theme!! Best of all, this café makes the most exquisite patisseries which are always the perfect accompaniment to my cuppa.

What’s your favourite little cafe to stop for morning tea?

  1. Ooh, it looks lovley, just my cup of tea, especially with a poodle out the front! I don't often get a chance to go out for tea or dinner but for lovely French pastries I go to Jean Pascal Patisserie in Bellerive. The best lemon tarts ever!

  4. Oh wow, what a gorgeous little cafe!
My fav french cafe is Laurent Patisserie in Melbourne, they recently opened one in Manly but it doesn't have the same atmosphere. There is a nice Italian cafe in Kirribilli which I like.
I hope you have a lovely weekend Amanda!

  14. Looks great, and love that eiffel tower replica! I have a few favourites around Brisbane, but have now found a new one near Coffs Harbour called Shimmer - the best coffee i've found. Bit far to go for a quick cuppa though! xx
